Preamble
By continuing to browse our Site http://testenn.com/ (hereinafter referred to as "the Site"), visitors to the Site (hereinafter referred to as "Users") accept without reservation the following provisions and conditions of use (hereinafter referred to as "G.U.C."). Prior to any use of the functionalities of our Site, the User acknowledges that he/she has read these G.U.C. and has accepted them.
The version of our G.C.U. currently online is the only version that can be invoked throughout the period of use of the Site and until we replace it with a new version.

Article 1 - Definitions
On our Site, the terms below have the following meanings:
"Content": refers to all the elements making up the information on our Site (text, images, videos, algorithms, software, widgets, etc.) and enabling it to function, inform Users and present our services;
"Intellectual Property Rights": refers to all intellectual property rights and related rights (copyright, trademark rights, patent rights, trade names, databases, etc.) as protected by the Intellectual Property Code created by law no. 92-587 of 1st July 1992, the version in force of which is that applicable at the time the user consults the Site;

Article 3 - Protection of personal data
In order to use our Site, we will process certain personal data concerning Users. The verbal and visual trademarks (logos) of the Editor and of TESTENN are protected. Their use without the written authorisation of the Editor or its partners on any medium, for the purposes of promoting products or services, or for commercial purposes, is prohibited under penalty of criminal and civil proceedings instituted by the Editor against the user and/or the third party responsible.
Content
Content is freely accessible on the Site. The fact that this content is placed online does not imply any transfer of copyright or property rights over the content, which remains the full and entire intellectual property of the Publisher and the contributors.
No User may or shall take any action(s) that are incompatible with respect for copyright and intellectual property rights or that contravene any other French or international law relating to intellectual property rights. The Publisher and its contributors reserve the right to prosecute any User for any violation of these provisions.
Article 7 - Site management
Our Site is normally accessible to users at all times. For the proper management of the Site, the publisher may at any time reserve the right to :

The Publisher will do its utmost to inform users of the dates and times of the intervention in advance, but it cannot be held liable in the event of failure to do so.
Article 8 - Responsibilities
8.1 Site access
The Publisher undertakes to do its utmost to ensure that the Website is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, the Publisher makes no commitment as to the availability and permanent accessibility of the Site and does not guarantee that the Site is free from errors. The Publisher may not be held liable in the event of any failure, breakdown, difficulty or interruption in operation preventing access to the Site or to any of its functionalities.
The Publisher and the host cannot be held responsible in the event of malfunctioning of the Internet network, telephone lines or computer and telephone equipment, in particular as a result of network congestion preventing access to the server.
The publisher cannot be held responsible for any legal action taken against users:

As a result of the user's failure to comply with these GCU.
Equipment used

If these general terms and conditions are translated into one or more languages, the language of interpretation will be French in the event of a contradiction or dispute over the meaning of a term or provision.
Article 13 - Applicable law
These conditions of use of the Site are governed by British law and - in the event of a dispute - are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts under common law, subject to a specific attribution of jurisdiction arising from a particular legal or regulatory text.
